Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) the area firstly described, when stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 567, folio 104;

(ii) the area secondly described, when stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 334, folio 277, subject to memoranda of mortgage 386976.3 and B. 65203.2.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for River Control Purposes in Whangarei and Far North Districts

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 25th day of March 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 31st day of March 1988, No. 56, page 1368 acquiring land for river control purposes in Whangarei and Far North Districts pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land one hundred and fifty firstly described the words “marked ‘A’” and inserting the words “marked ‘B’” and by deleting from the legal description of the land one hundred and fifty secondly described the words “marked ‘B’” and inserting the words “marked ‘F’”.
