Land Acquired for a School Caretaker’s Residence in Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto (together with a right to drain water appurtenant thereto, subject to section 309 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act 1974, created by transfer H. 664429.9, and subject to (i) easement certificate H. 664429.7, (ii) section 309 (1) (c) of the Local Government Act 1974 and (iii) stormwater easement granted by transfer H. 718192.1), is hereby acquired for a school caretaker’s residence and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
