Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land for Granting as Compensation in Whakatane District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of September 1990, published in Gazette, No. 159 of the 13th day of September 1990 at page 3363, setting apart land secondly for granting as compensation by omitting from the area secondly described from the Schedule thereto “123” and substituting “120”.
