Revoking a Declaration Declaring Road Stopped in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, revokes the declaration dated the 22nd day of March 1985, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of March 1985, No. 53, page 1400, declaring road to be stopped as shown marked “D” and “C” on S.O. Plan 53171, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road, subject to a right to convey water created by transfer H. 287623.3 and to notice H. 642742, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
