New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Land at Darfield to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for railway purposes.

Amending a Notice, Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Severed by Road in Block XV, Invercargill Hundred

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of December 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1990, No. 223 at page 5122, by omitting the following:

"Southland District Council"

and substituting the following

"Invercargill City Council"

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends a notice dated 13 September 1990 published in Gazette of 20 September 1990, No. 164, page 3436, acquiring land for soil conservation and river control purposes by omitting the words "together with the appurtenant drainage easement created by transfer 213332," and substituting "subject to the drainage easement created by Transfer 213332."

Road Realignment in Matamata-Piako District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Matamata-Piako District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares the piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58560, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 268, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 741287.1 and H. 369076.2, and to statutory land charge H. 369076.3, South Auckland Land Registry.
