Take notice that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held on Thursday, the 28th day of March 1991, to consider the following proposed special resolution:

"That pursuant to section 18 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the company hereby alters its memorandum of association by omitting the provisions thereof with respect to the powers of the company and resolves that the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in subsection (1) (a) to (h) of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955)."
