Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XLIII, Eyre Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
