International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the powers conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Polynesian Airlines (Holdings) Limited to allow the airline to operate a B737 aircraft on its weekly return service from Auckland to Sydney.
This amendment will take effect on 11 April 1991.

The Traffic (Transit New Zealand) Notice No. 1, 1991
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller, Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Transit New Zealand) Notice No. 1, 1991.
The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated on the 14th day of May 1974*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and Regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked.
Schedule
All those roads under the control of Transit New Zealand and forming the Ellerslie-Penrose interchange on the Auckland-Hamilton motorway, such roads being marked in red on the plan No. TT 4032A and TT 4032B, deposited in the Head Office of the Ministry of Transport, Wellington.

The Water Recreation (West Coast Rivers) Notice 1991
I, Thomas Edwin Law, Senior Administration Officer (Harbours Management), pursuant to the Water Recreation Regulations 1979* and in exercise of powers delegated to me, pursuant to section 28 of the State Sector Act 1988, hereby give the following notice:

- (a) This notice may be cited as the Water Recreation (West Coast Rivers) Notice 1991.
(b) This notice shall come into force 14 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette and shall remain in force until revoked by further notice in the Gazette.

Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 7 (1) (a), 7 (1) (b) and 7 (2) of the Water Recreation Regulations 1979, shall not apply to the area specified in the First Schedule.

The Water Recreation (Westland Rivers) Notice 1986† and the Water Recreation (Nelson Rivers) Notice 1977‡ are hereby revoked.
First Schedule

Heaphy River—All the waters of the Heaphy River from source to sea.

Oparara River—All the waters of the Oparara River from source to Blue Duck Creek confluence.

Karamea River—All the waters of the Karamea River from source to sea.

Little Wanganui River—All the waters of the Little Wanganui River from source to Splinter Creek Lime Quarry.

Mokihinui River—All the waters of the Mokihinui River from source to sea.

Buller River—All the waters of the Buller River and tributaries from the Mangales River confluence to the State Highway bridge at Westport.

Totara River—All the waters of the Totara River from source to State Highway 6 bridge.

Nile River—All the waters of the Nile River from source to sea.

Grey River—Firstly, all the waters of the Grey River and tributaries from source to the rail bridge at Greymouth, excepting the Arnold River during the period 1 May to 30 September of any year;
Secondly, all the waters of the Grey River and tributaries from the Grey/Robinson Rivers confluence to the rail bridge at Greymouth excepting the Arnold and Haupiri Rivers during the period 1 October of any one year to 30 April of the following year.

New River—All the waters of the New River from source to sea.

Taramakau River—All the waters of the Taramakau River and tributaries from source to sea.

Hokitika River—All the waters of the Hokitika River from source to sea excepting thereout Mahinapua Creek.

Waitaha River—All the waters of the Waitaha River and tributaries from source to sea.

Wanganui River—All the waters of the Wanganui River from source to sea.

Poerua River—All the waters of the Poerua River from source to sea.

Whataroa River—All the waters of the Whataroa River from source to sea.

Waitangi-Taona River—All the waters of the Waitangi-Taona River from Graham Creek to the sea excluding the Waitangirototo River.

Waihao River—All the waters of the Waihao River from source to sea.

Cook River—All the waters of the Cook River from source to sea.

Karangarua River—All the waters of the Karangarua River and tributaries from source to sea.

Jacobs River—All the waters of the Jacobs River from source to sea.

Paringa River—All the waters of the Paringa River including tributaries from source to sea.
