(ii) Area “F”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58382, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 187, limited as to parcels, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 84570, H. 491089.3, H. 491089.4 and H. 491089.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “H”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58382, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 164, limited as to parcels, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area “K”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 58382, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12A/136, limited as to parcels, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 212295.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) Area “L”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 58382, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1053, folio 73, limited as to parcels, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 530413.2 and H. 532864, and to notice H. 931701A, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vi) Area “N”, now known as Section 5, S.O. 58382, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1053, folio 74, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 530413.2 and H. 532864, and to notice H. 931701A, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vii) Area “P”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58383, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 45B/708, South Auckland Land Registry.

(viii) Area “S”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58383, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7B/1494, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 553721.9, South Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated the 31st day of August 1978, to be a road.
