Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Waipa District for Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 23rd day of April 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 May 1990, No. 68 at page 1510, acquiring land in Waipa District for local purpose (esplanade) reserve by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule:
