Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1991, No. 20.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

In the notice with the above heading, dated 19 February 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 February 1991, No. 29 at page 610, for the reference to “land firstly described” in the paragraph secondly described in the Schedule, read “land secondly described”, which reference appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation.
