Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land, jointly declare that the land in the Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager, Protection Division, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
