Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a village site, marae, meeting place, recreation ground, sports ground, bathing place, church site, building site, spring, well and place of historical and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of the Ngatirahupoto and Ngati Tuhekerangi Hāpu of the Taranaki tribe and the community of Rahotu Township and district.

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land on the Kingston Branch Railway Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Declared Crown Land

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 27 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Restructuring Act 1990, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be declared Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
