Declaring Lands to be Included in a Maori Reservation and Redefining Purposes of a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation known as Reporua A1A constituted by an Order in Council dated the 17th day of September 1941 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 77, page 3093 of 25 September 1941; and notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the purposes for which the reservation was set apart are redefined as a Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of the members of the Whanau-a-Ngatirangi hapu as a marae, church site and urupa.
