Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Lower Buller Gorge Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares that the reserve shall form part of the Lower Buller Gorge Scenic Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve in Canterbury Land District

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby amends the errors in the notice classifying Section 77, Block II, Lyndon Survey District, dated 23 November 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 December 1990, No. 213, page 4589 by inserting in the Schedule of the said notice between the words “Section 77” and “Block II” the words “Hammer Town Area”, and by omitting from the Schedule of the said notice the words “S.O. Plan 138756” and inserting in their place “S.O. Plan 13856”.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
