Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Devonport Borough Council on 13 December 1988.

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Devonport Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said borough in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be reserves within the meaning of the Reserves Act 1977 for the purposes specified in the Schedule.”
