General is available for inspection without fee at the offices of the High Court, Department of Justice, Lower Stuart Street, Dunedin, between the hours of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays.

(ii) The date proposed for hearing the scheme is Wednesday, the 1st day of May 1991 at 10 a.m. in the High Court at Dunedin.

  1. Opposition to the Scheme: Any person desiring to oppose the scheme shall, not less than 7 days before the date proposed for the hearing of the application by the Court give written notice of his or her intention to oppose the scheme to:

(i) The Registrar, High Court, Lower Stuart Street (Private Bag J), Dunedin; and to

(ii) The Attorney-General, Crown Law Office, 139–141 Featherston Street (P.O. Box 5012), Wellington; and to

(iii) The trustees of the scheme, care of Checketts McKay, Solicitors, care of Caudwells, Solicitors, MLC Building, corner of Princes and Manse Streets (P.O. Box 957), Dunedin.

Notice is hereby given that Papanui TOC H Track and Field Club Incorporated CH.I.S. 220526 has changed its name to Papanui TOC H Athletic Club Incorporated and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Incorporated Societies in place of the former name.
