Road Stopped in Tauranga District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, declares:

(a) The pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) (i) That area “G”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 57255, shall be added to the adjoining land held for Tauranga Harbour Bridge purposes by virtue of Gazette notice H. 697890.

(ii) That area “J”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 57255, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10A/665, South Auckland Land Registry.
