Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and further, that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 56689, shall be added to the adjoining land held for the North Island Main Trunk Railway by virtue of Proclamation 2011, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of August 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 August 1987, No. 135 at page 3874, declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in Otorohanga District by deleting reference to certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 26 in paragraphs (d) (iii) to (d) (ix) inclusive and substituting the words “certificate of title No. 29D/946, subject to section 438 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and to memoranda of mortgage H. 471226.2 and H. 471226.3, South Auckland Land Registry.”

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Raglan County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of August 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 August 1989, No. 152 at page 3913, realigning road in Raglan County by deleting all reference to Section 9, Block I, Whaingaroa Survey District from paragraph (b) (i) and substituting “Section 1, S.O. 52056.”
