Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator (Otago), hereby authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

First Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes District

32.7795 hectares, more or less, being Section 5, Block IV, Lower Wanaka Survey District. S.O. Plan 957. All New Zealand Gazette, 1955, page 1810, certificate of title 13B/1400.

Second Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes District

32.648 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 21892, being part Section 58, Block IV, Lower Wanaka Survey District. Part certificate of title 5C/357.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Hinahina Cove Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve to form part of the Hinahina Cove Scenic Reserve.

Vesting a Reserve in the Banks Peninsula District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, in the Banks Peninsula District Council in trust as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve.
