In the notice with the above heading dated 13 November 1990, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 November 1990, No. 204 at page 4431, for the description “Part Poike 6A1, 6A2 & 6A3” read “Part Poike 6A1, 6A2 & 6A3 combined subdivision E2 Block”.

In the notice with the above heading, dated 15 January 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 January 1991, No. 11, at page 209, delete from the descriptions shown firstly, secondly, thirdly, fourthly and fifthly in the Third Schedule the word “Part”.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to Gazette notice 195608.1, for a teacher’s residence and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
