Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister deemed responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

Appointment of the Boy Scouts’ Association of New Zealand to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, hereby appoints the Boy Scouts’ Association of New Zealand to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a scout hall.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Tararua District Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay, of the Department of Conservation, cancels the vesting in the Tararua District Council and revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.
