Land Set Apart for Road and the Generation of Electricity in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which shall, pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, form part of State Highway No. 8b, and the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for the generation of electricity.

First Schedule

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

All that piece of land containing 3532 square metres, being part Crown land, Block V, Wakaefield Survey District; shown marked “G” on S.O. Plan 20875, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Second Schedule

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

All that piece of land containing 359 square metres, being part Crown land, Block V, Wakaefield Survey District; shown marked “F” on S.O. Plan 20875, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
