Land and Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 52 of the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the generation of electricity.

(b) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land and leasehold estate in land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall, pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, form part of State Highway No. 86 and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of December 1991.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjoining land held for the generation of electricity.
