Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

United Bank Limited and SBSA (NZ) Limited (together “the bank”) with reference to Trifford Investments Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of December 1991, the bank appointed Geoffery Donald Campbell Walker and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountants of Gosling Chapman, Eighth Floor, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the income of the land comprised in certificate of title 274/154 (South Auckland Registry) of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of May 1990, which instrument was given in favour of United Bank Limited but assigned to SBSA (NZ) Limited by an assignment dated the 28th day of September 1990.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s interests in the land comprised in certificate of title 274/154.

United Bank Limited and SBSA (NZ) Limited (together “the bank”) with reference to Perty Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of December 1991, the bank appointed Geoffery Donald Campbell Walker and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountants of Gosling Chapman, Eighth Floor, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of May 1990, which instrument was given in favour of United Bank Limited but assigned to SBSA (NZ) Limited by an assignment dated the 28th day of September 1990.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
