United Bank Limited and SBSA (NZ) Limited (together “the bank”) with reference to Coform Management No. 103 Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of December 1991, the bank appointed Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountants of Gosling Chapman, Eighth Floor, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of May 1990, which instrument was given in favour of United Bank Limited but assigned to SBSA (NZ) Limited by an assignment dated the 28th day of September 1990.
