Any Maori who considers that he or she or any group of Maori of which he or she is a member, have grounds for a claim in respect of the land under section 6 of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1987, must submit a claim to the Waitangi Tribunal before the 31st day of March 1992, and may post that claim to the Registrar, Waitangi Tribunal, P.O. Box 10-044, The Terrace, Wellington.

If no claim in relation to the land is submitted to the Waitangi Tribunal before the 31st day of March 1992, the Tribunal may recommend that the land or interest in land be no longer liable to resumption under section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986.

Order in Respect of Jane Lois Ashton Registered General and Obstetric Nurse

In exercise of its powers under sections 41 (2) (a); 42 (2) (ba); 42 (3); and 45A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand after due inquiry on 6 November 1991 ordered that Registered General and Obstetric Nurse Jane Lois Ashton may, for a period of 3 years from such date in the future as she recommences nursing practice, practise only subject to conditions specified by the Nursing Council; that she pay $2,000 or actual costs incurred (whichever is the lesser) toward the cost and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the Council; that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the Gazette, and the New Zealand Nursing Journal.

This is to declare that as from the 4th day of December 1991, and with the consent of The Grey District Council and of the Health Department, under section 31 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, a portion of land has been set aside as a burial ground for the members of the Gloriavale Christian Community on their property at Heaphy Road, Lake Haupiri, Dobson, R.D. 1.
