Notice is given that A S Wadsworth Construction Limited has applied to the Waitangi Tribunal under section 8D of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975, to recommend that the land described below, be no longer liable to resumption by the Crown on behalf of any Maori claimants to the Waitangi Tribunal.

The land is former Crown land transferred to A S Wadsworth Construction Limited by section 23 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, situated at 138 Cameron Road, Te Puke being more particularly described as Lot 29 on Deposited Plan S. 16711 and being Block II, Maketu Survey District, containing 683 square metres.

Any Maori who considers that he or she or any group of Maori of which he or she is a member, have grounds for a claim in respect of the land under section 6 of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1987, must submit a claim to the Waitangi Tribunal before the 31st day of March 1992, and may post that claim to the Registrar, Waitangi Tribunal, P.O. Box 10-044, The Terrace, Wellington.

If no claim in relation to the land is submitted to the Waitangi Tribunal before the 31st day of March 1992, the Tribunal may recommend that the land or interest in land be no longer liable to resumption under section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986.
