Notice of Approval of the Sale of Certain Land, Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Denis William Anson Marshall, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale of the following parcels of land from The Whangarei District Council to the respective named transferees:

(i) All that piece of land situated in the Land District of North Auckland containing 2833 square metres, more or less, being Lot 23, on Deposited Plan 53274. Transferees: Robert Atkins and Heather Winifred Atkins.

(ii) All that area of land situated in the Land District of North Auckland containing 2395 square metres, more or less, being Lot 17, on Deposited Plan 53274, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 4B, folio 264. Transferee: Barker Aluminium Limited.
