Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

I, Mohan Alex Paul, Assistant Registrar of Industrial and Provident Societies at Hamilton, do hereby certify that by an alteration to its rules duly authorised by its members the Motor Lodges of New Zealand Society Limited HN. I.P.S. 296974, changed its name to Pacifica Lodges & Inns Society Limited and that such change of name was duly registered by me on the 27th day of November 1991 pursuant to section 7 (b) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908.

In the matter of section 18 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Supermarket Support Systems Limited at Te Kuiti (HN. 183236):

Take notice that the company will hold a general meeting on Friday, the 13th day of December 1991, at which it is intended to propose the following resolutions as special resolutions:

1. That pursuant to section 18 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, all the objects of the company contained in its memorandum of association shall be omitted.

2. That pursuant to section 18 (1) (c), any provisions contained in the memorandum of articles of the company with respect to the powers of the company shall be omitted and the company shall from now on have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in section 15A (1) (a) to (h), except in so far as the exercise of those rights, powers and privileges may be restricted or prohibited.

Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against or in respect of the above-named special partnership (which entered into liquidation on the 28th day of September 1990) or any of its property are required to send their claims to the under-mentioned liquidators on or before the 31st day of December 1991 and notice is hereby given that after such date the liquidators propose to transfer or distribute the assets of the special partnership among the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the liquidators then have notice and that in such event the liquidators will not as respect the property so transferred or distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they had no notice at the time of such transfer or distribution.
