Under Part II of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, in the matter of a scheme to alter the deed of trust relating to Chelsea Hospital Trust, a charitable trust, duly incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, which operates a hospital in Cobden Street, Gisborne:
Michael Charles Muir of Gisborne, company director; Robin Leslie Corson of Gisborne, housewife; Geoffrey Keenan Musgrave of Gisborne, councillor; Susan Rosemary Kemp of Gisborne, housewife; Elizabeth Buchanan Maclaurin of Gisborne, housewife; Neil Matthew Mackie of Gisborne, solicitor; Michael Christopher Willis of Gisborne, accountant; Richard John Kyngdon of Gisborne, surgeon; Ian McLean Kelman of Gisborne, surgeon and Allen William Marx of Gisborne, medical practitioner, as trustees of the Chelsea Hospital Trust—Applicants:
Before His Honour Mr Justice Tompkins on Thursday, the 21st day of November 1991
Upon reading the applicants’ statement of claim prepared the 4th day of September 1991, the scheme prepared by the applicants pursuant to section 34 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the affidavit of Lyall Peter Evans verifying the statement of facts in the scheme, and the report of the Attorney-General dated the 26th day of June 1991, and upon hearing N. M. Mackie, solicitor of the applicants, this Court hereby orders that the said scheme prepared pursuant to section 34 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 be approved under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
And further orders that the applicants pay costs in the sum of $400.00 to the Attorney-General.

Notice of Application for Altering the Rules of a Charitable Trust
Pursuant to Section 36 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
In the matter of The Te Mata Park Trust Board, a body duly incorporated under the provisions of the Religious, Charitable and Educational Trusts Act 1908—Applicant:
Take notice that on the 3rd day of February 1992 at 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard the applicant will move the High Court at Napier, for an order altering the rules of the applicant in the following respects:

Deleting clauses 3 (b) (c) and (d) of the rules of the applicant as contained in a certain declaration of trust bearing date the 7th day of February 1927; and

Adding to the said rules the following clauses 3 (b) and (c):
"(b) Six residents of the provincial district of Hawke’s Bay to be appointed by resolution of The Hastings District Council, 2 at least of which 6 appointees shall be councillors of the said council.(c) References hereinafter appearing to The Hawke’s Bay County Council, The Hastings Borough Council, The Havelock North Town Board or to any of them shall be taken to refer to The Hastings District Council."
Upon the grounds that such alteration is necessitated by alterations in the structure of local government since the date of the said declaration of trust and the establishment of the applicant.
Any person desiring to oppose the proposed alteration must give written notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Napier, to the trustees of The Te Mata Park Trust Board and to the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before the said date of hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of the Timaru Waterside Workers Benefit Society, unless within 3 months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the Timaru Waterside Workers Benefit Society commences proceedings to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.
