Declaring Land Acquired for the Dunedin—Milton Motorway in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Dunedin-Milton motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of November 1991.

Road Realignment in Waimate District—Hakataramea

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be dealt with as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped and vested in Kenneth Ainslie and Shirley Ainslie (and shall be amalgamated with the certificate of title No. 19B/268, Canterbury Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 642588/2 and 739403/2).

First Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Waimate District

All that portion of road containing 3345 square metres, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Hakataramea Survey District.

Second Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Waimate District

All that portion of road containing 1862 square metres, situated in Block XIII, Hakataramea Survey District, adjoining Section 7, Reserve 261; as shown marked “X” on S.O. Plan 18525, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Third Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Waimate District

All that portion of road containing 1008 square metres, situated in Block XIII, Hakataramea Survey District, adjoining Section 4, Reserve 261 and Section 7, Reserve 261; as shown marked “F” on S.O. Plan 13488, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.
