Declaration Land Held for the Chatham Islands Meatworks to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 42 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Wellington Land District—Chatham Islands County

65.6800 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 36123, situated in Blocks III, IV, VII and VIII, Oropuke Survey District.

Land Acquired for Granting as Compensation in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement in that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Corrigendum

Amending a Notice, Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block VIII, Waimumu Hundred

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of March 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1991, No. 36 at page 765 by omitting the following “Part Lot 2” from the description of the land fourthly described in the First Schedule and substituting the following “Part Lot 1”.

Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks XXII, XXVIII and XXIX Hokonui Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares agreements to that effect having been entered into the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and when so stopped to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/339, subject to existing encumbrances.
