Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken and Stopped Government Road in Waitomo District to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of July 1987, No. 107 at page 3180, declaring land taken and stopped Government road in Waitomo District to be Crown land by deleting “mining licence H. 196400 and to memoranda of mortgage H. 227985, H. 031227.5, H. 063865.1, H. 063865.2, H. 235603.2 and H. 177876.2” and substituting “memorandum of mortgage H. 892733.1”.
