Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (site for a quarry) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

8094 square metres, more or less, being Section 2 of 55, Picton Suburban Registration District, situated in Block XII, Linkwater Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 495.

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the landing reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

First Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Thames-Coromandel District

8094 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 13, Parish of Huruhi, situated on Great Mercury Island. New Zealand Gazette, 1929, page 61. S.O. Plan 947.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Thames-Coromandel District

8140 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, L.T. Plan 141149, situated on Great Mercury Island. Part certificate of title 45A/1286.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke's Bay, of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over part of a recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Rotorua District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
