Designation of Security—Designated Navigation Installation

Pursuant to section 82 (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, hereby designate the Airways Corporation of New Zealand Limited, Christchurch Area Control Centre situated on that parcel of land adjacent to Sir William Pickering Drive, Christchurch comprising an area of 5900 m² more or less being Lot 7, Deposited Plan 54647 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 32B, folio 847 (Canterbury Registry) as a security designated navigation installation.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block IV Takahue Survey District, North Auckland Land District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated the 15th day of November 1955, to be a road; and I hereby revoke the proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette in respect of the same land on the 7th day of June 1990, No. 90 at page 2014.

1. All that piece of land containing 1.0361 hectares more or less being Te Ahua A2B roadway comprised in Deeds Index 1H/545, Block IV Takahue Survey District, North Auckland Land District, as shown on ML Plan 15233.

2. All that piece of land containing 6957 square metres more or less being part Te Ahua A3 roadway comprised in Deeds Index 1H/545, Block IV Takahue Survey District, North Auckland Land District, as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 61262.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 1 1991.

In the notice, the Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 1 1990, signed on the 13th day of December 1990*, under the First Schedule replace “Holyoake Street” with “Hoylake Street”.
