Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land

I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (ii) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Grey District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All those parcels of land containing in total 2859 square metres, more or less, situate in Dobson Township, being Sections 209, 211 and 212, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 5A, folios 1477, 1479 and 1480 (Westland Registry).
