Land Acquired for Road and Land Taken in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(i) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Dunedin City Council.

(ii) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12C/605.

Land Acquired for Road, for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road, Land Declared Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(i) the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 65 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette;

(ii) the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be road and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 65 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped.
