Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held as a Reserve for a Public School to be Set Apart for a Public School in the Clutha District

Pursuant to the section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, amends the notice dated the 2nd day of October 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 October 1991, No. 153 at page 3236, declaring land held as a reserve for a public school to be set apart for a public school in the Clutha District by omitting reference to section 165 and replacing it with section 165.
