Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Ministers responsible for the Department of State that have control of the land, jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Schedule

Hawke’s Bay Land District—Hastings District

156.2000 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. Plan 10205, situated in Block IV, Poukawa Survey District. Crown land (no certificate of title).

Dated at Wellington this 9th day of October 1991.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Lower Hutt City

CATHERINE A. TIZARD, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and to be vested in The Wellington Regional Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

Dated at Wellington this 10th day of October 1991.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for local purpose (community buildings) over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

430 square metres, more or less, being Section 80, Block IV, Waitohu Survey District. All C.T. 18C/398, subject to lease 574689.4.
