Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of the Court Pioneer No. 6388 Ancient Order of Foresters, Register No. 828, unless within 3 months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the Court Pioneer No. 6388 Ancient Order of Foresters, commences proceedings to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.

Tadeusz Jan Bielecki
Notice of Decisions of Committee of Appeal
Notice is hereby given by the Committee of Appeal of the New Zealand Society of Accountants that at a hearing held on 16 August 1991, the committee heard submissions made on behalf of Tadeusz Jan Bielecki of Invercargill, against the findings of the Disciplinary Committee’s decision because of a complaint it had received against Tadeusz Jan Bielecki.
Pursuant to section 25 of the New Zealand Society of Accountants Act 1958, the Committee of Appeal dismissed the appeal against the findings of the Disciplinary Committee, but varied the penalties imposed by that committee to provide that:
(a) Tadeusz Jan Bielecki be fined the sum of $200.
(b) Tadeusz Jan Bielecki be censured.
(c) Tadeusz Jan Bielecki be ordered to pay costs of $4,112.03 (including G.S.T.) as ordered by the Disciplinary Committee together with a further sum of $2,000.00 (including G.S.T.) being costs of and incidental to the appeal.
(d) The committee’s decision as varied, be published in the Accountants’ Journal, the New Zealand Gazette and the Southland Times, with mention of the member’s name and locality.
