Declaring Land Held for the Generation of Electricity Set Apart for the Development of Water Power (Motueka Substation) in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject to building line restriction originally imposed by K. 3003 and reimposed by resolution 129806, for the development of water power.
