Land Acquired for Limited Access Road, Stopped Road Vested and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 60 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares:

(i) the portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 76, folio 55, subject to memoranda of mortgage 302325.7 and 302325.8

(ii) the portions of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 76, folio 115, subject to memoranda of mortgage 302325.7 and 302325.8

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/959, subject to memoranda of mortgage 186793.4, 251.526.1 and 186793.5.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/960, subject to memoranda of mortgage 302325.7 and 302325.8.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart subject to right of way created by conveyance No. 32892 (31/355) and probate No. 15795 (15D) and subject also to right of way created by transfer No. 50629, for the development of water power (Upper Takaka substation).
