Road Stopped and Vested and Land Set Apart for Motorway Purposes in Block IV, Belmont Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(i) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and vested in Her Majesty the Queen for motorway purposes.

(ii) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land held for better utilisation firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule, the land held for the use and enjoyment of a road thirdly described in the Second Schedule and the Crown land fourthly and fifthly described in the Second Schedule to be set apart for motorway purposes.

All that piece of land containing 182 square metres, adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 15783 and part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 5857, marked “H” on S.O. 36564.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Acquired at Waitangi for Post Office Purposes

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of January 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1989 at page 243 by adding the following to the preamble:

“together with easement 576646.2, right to convey telephonic communications and convey electricity easement 576643.3, right of way, right to convey water, drain water and drain sewerage, over Lots 2, 4 and 5, D.P. 49761 and subject to easement 576646.2, right to convey telephonic communications and convey electricity and easement 576643.3, right of way, right to convey water, drain water and drain sewerage.”
