Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way and communication cable easement in gross over the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement, and further declares the said rights of way and easement shall vest in the Crown for telecommunication purposes.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road, Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road and Land Declared to be Limited Access Road in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
