Commencement

This order shall come into force on the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Second Schedule

All that piece of foreshore, and the waters of Breaker Bay contained by a line bearing 148° 34′ from Peg LI to Peg IL (S.O. Plan 3862), situated in Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District and mean high water, as shown on Plan No. DOC (CM) NE 91/28.

Radio Frequency Tendering

Ministry of Commerce: Call for Tenders for Radio Frequency Rights

Radio Frequency rights suitable for MF-AM and VHF-FM sound broadcasting, UHF television and distributed music services are the subject of a public call for tender issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Wellington, dated 3 October 1991.

Each lot offered for tender and detailed in the Second Schedule of the call document is a single licence suitable for UHF (ultra high frequency) television broadcasting.

Each lot offered for tender and detailed in the Third Schedule of the call document is a single licence suitable for distributed music or other telecommunication services.

Each lot offered for tender and detailed in the Fourth Schedule of the call document is a single licence suitable for MF-AM (amplitude modulation) sound broadcasting.

Each lot offered for tender and detailed in the Fifth Schedule of the call document is a single licence suitable for VHF-FM (frequency modulation) sound broadcasting.

A full description of the radio frequency rights offered and the conditions of tender are contained in the call document.

The tender closes at noon on 5 November 1991.

The call document may be viewed at offices of the Radio Frequency Service, Communications Division, Ministry of Commerce, in main centres.

Any persons wishing to obtain a copy of the call document and bid form should forward their request, together with a remittance of $18.00 to:
