Advertising Rates

The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1

Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2

Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.
All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Private Bill

An Act to Consolidate and Amend the Otago Foundation Trust Board Act 1962

Notice is hereby given that the Otago Foundation Trust Board proposes to apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives during this present session of Parliament a Private Bill, the objects of which are to consolidate and amend the Otago Foundation Trust Board Act 1962 and its amendments.

The Promoter of this Private Bill is the Otago Foundation Trust Board.

The District Court offices at which a copy of the Bill may be inspected is at the office of the Dunedin District Court, Law Courts Buildings, 41 Stuart Street, Dunedin and the office of the Invercargill District Court, 61 Don Street, Invercargill.

Communications or notices to the Promoter may be sent to and a copy of the Bill may be inspected at the offices of Downie Stewart, Solicitors for the Promoter, Fifth Floor, Baycorp House, 335 Princes Street (P.O. Box 1345), Dunedin.

Animals Act 1967

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Quarantine Ground at Flock House Agricultural Centre, Palmerston North (Notice No. 5116; QUAL/0966/UNIT 3)

Pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, land, as specified in the attached Schedule, is hereby declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals or one or more kinds of imported animals.

Schedule

Land and premises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries situated at the Flockhouse Training Farm, being 33 hectares, more or less, shown as Unit 3 on plan No. PN 299, being part of Lot 1, D.P. 6663, Block XIII, Rangitoto Survey District and Block I, Te Kawau Survey District and described in certificate of title, Volume 313, folio 131.

This notice replaces and revokes any previous quarantine ground notices in relation to the above area.
