Land in Waipa District Acquired in Connection With a Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

12 acres 0 roods 35 perches, situated in Block V, Cambridge Survey District, being Lot 25, D.P. 172, being part Allotments 203, 203A and 204 to 209 inclusive, Hautapu Parish. All certificate of title volume 31, Folio 138.

Road Realignment in Waipa District

Pursuant to part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “A,” now known as Section 1, S.O. 49527, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 473, Folio 91, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 027732.5, B. 027732.6 and B. 027732.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “D,” now known as Section 2, S.O. 49527, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 158/520, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “E” and “F,” now known together as Section 3, S.O. 49527, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25B/293, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 972940.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area “H,” now known as Section 4, S.O. 49527, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title volume 1238, Folio 86, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 308036, H. 614247.3 and H. 377657, and to statutory land charge H. 614247.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block XII, Pirongia Survey District.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 49527, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block XVI, Pirongia Survey District.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. plan 49527, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Waipa District in Connection with a Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 12th day of July 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 July 1991, No. 107 at page 2377, acquiring land in Waipa District in connection with a road by deleting the area firstly described in the Schedule and substituting “0.1 35.30.”
