Declaring Land Acquired for a Water Storage Reservoir, Land for Road and Land Taken in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a water storage reservoir and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 26th day of September 1991.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Dunedin City Council on the 26th day of September 1991.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto be taken and:

(i) The areas marked “E” and “K” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9B/522.

(ii) The areas marked “N” and “L” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12C/605.
