Second Schedule

National Roads Board Bylaw 1987/3

Territorial authority areas where the unofficial signs on State Highways Bylaw 1987/3 shall apply in gazetted 50 km/h vehicle speed limit areas are those which may be approved from time to time by the Transit New Zealand Authority.

This amendment was made by resolution duly adopted at a meeting of Transit New Zealand held in Wellington on the 17th day of September 1991.

Traffic Regulations 1976

Approval of Warning Triangle Signs

Pursuant to subclause (10) of regulation 129 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Margaret Clara Bazley, Secretary for Transport, give notice that the dimensions of signs of the types described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved.

Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 130 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Margaret Clara Bazley, Secretary for Transport, give notice that the reflectorised parts of signs of the types described in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved to be used as reflective materials for warning triangles.

Schedule

  1. Warning triangle signs complying with the United States Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 125.

  2. Warning triangle signs complying with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) regulation No. 27, amendment 03.

Water Recreation Regulations 1979

The Water Recreation (Waimarama Beach, Hawke’s Bay) Notice 1991

Pursuant to the Water Recreation Regulations 1979*, I, Thomas Edwin Law, of the Maritime Transport Division of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1.(a) This notice may be cited as the Water Recreation (Waimarama Beach, Hawke’s Bay) Notice 1991.

(b) This notice shall come into force 28 days following its publication in the Gazette and shall remain in force until revoked by further notice in the Gazette.

  1. The Water Recreation (Waimarama Beach, Hawke’s Bay) Notice 1980** is hereby amended by deleting clause 1 from the Second Schedule to the notice.
